Domestic Shipping Info
Most domestic orders placed by 4pm EST, containing in stock and shippable merchandise, will ship same day unless they contain; Custom Wheels, Out of stock Items, require Additional Payment Approval, or Additional Shipping and Handling for heavier or oversized packaging. Any customer’s order which may be delayed due to any of the above conditions beyond a reasonable time frame will be contacted by an C’s Shop Sales Representative.
Shipping days include Monday thru Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
All packages shipped will be insured against damage or loss and will be designated a tracking number.
Tracking numbers will be available after an order is packaged and shipped. Tracking numbers will be emailed to the designated email address submitted at time of ordering, and will also be available through each customers online account. All emails will include a link to the corresponding carrier.
The first day (Day #1) of shipping is the following day from when an order was shipped. This means that you may be required to practice the art of waiting patiently for your tracking number to provide accurate information. Don’t worry. You can do this.
Economy Ground & Standard Ground Shipping do not carry guaranteed time frames for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on location of delivery.
Delivery Confirmation is available and may be required upon delivery at Albe’s discretion. Orders including or containing, oversized packaging, excessive value, shipping to a secondary shipping address, by customer request, or orders that seem flat out shady, are subject to Delivery Confirmation. Delivery Confirmation may or may not include signature at time of delivery.
Ground Shipping is available on all products and orders shipped within the Continental United States. Standard Ground shipping rates and transit times are all ESTIMATES. Actual rates may vary from the following listed rates due to; exact delivery destination, oversized packaging due to size or weight, additional services, and or other factors outside Albe’s control. If your order is subject to additional fees greater than the estimated shipping rates, you will be contacted via email regarding the additional increase. Orders will not be processed, charged, or shipped until the increase is approved by the customer.

Economy Ground (2-8 Business days) Business days are Mon - Friday and DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS. The first business day counted is the day AFTER the order is placed. Don't freak If you place an order with Economy Ground and it does not ship for a day or two. It will still be to you in the 2-8 business day time frame as promised. If you place an order with Economy Ground and your order arrived after the 8th business day please contact us for a possible shipping reimbursement
Standard Ground (1-5 Business days) Business days are Mon - Friday and DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS. The first business day counted is the day AFTER the order is placed. Don't freak If you place an order with Ground and it does not ship for a day or two. It will still be to you in the 1-5 business day time frame as promised. If you place an order with Standard Ground and your order arrived after the 5th business day please contact us for a possible shipping reimbursement

All orders place at C’s Shop Mail Order are shipped through one or more select carriers. Current carriers include, and are not limited to:

United States Postal Service (USPS), www.usps.com
Unless a specific carrier is requested or mandated due to the delivery destination, (ex: P.O. Boxes) C’S Shop reserves the right to ship any and all orders through one of the listed carriers at C’s Shop discretion. C’S Shop Mail Order has arranged specific rates through each carrier depending on package size, destination, and speed of service to better the consumer and offer competitive and affordable shipping rates.
If you have a preferred carrier, please feel free to request that carrier by making a note in the special instructions box during online checkout or by requesting it with a sales representative when calling in your order. However this may increase your shipping rate.

Terms and Conditions
Any and all customers placing an International Order from outside the United States through C’s Shop Mail Order, are legally binding themselves to the following Terms and Conditions regarding International Sales, Policies, Customs, Duties, Taxes, Returns and any liabilities. Albe’s refuses any responsibility based on a customer’s failure to acknowledge and fulfill Terms and Conditions. Placing and finalizing an International Order via either website or phone, contracts that customer is in agreement to Terms and Conditions.
General Shipping Information
Any orders are subject to completion based on product availability and payment verification. Orders containing, in stock and shippable merchandise will ship once billing and shipping information is verified and payment is received. Custom wheels, special orders or large quantities may also require additional time before orders can be shipped. Out of stock items, additional shipping and handling for heavier or oversized packaging or any other problem which may cause an order to be delayed, due to but not limited to any of the above conditions, will be contacted by an C’S Shop Sales Representative via email or phone.

All International Orders will be shipped Express Shipping (estimated 3-5 days) unless a slower service is requested. Express Shipping includes tracking and insurance. If your order is subject to additional shipping fees greater than the estimated shipping rates, you will be contacted via email regarding the additional increase. Customs, Duties, Taxes, Import Fees are not included in the shipping rates. Any applicable Customs, Duties, Taxes, Import Fees are separate, and due upon delivery. Returns
Any product for return or warranty return is subject to approval. To obtain approval for a Return, please contact an C’S Shop Sales Representative for details at, Cpetralito@gmail.com or 978-893-9933. We try to keep the return window within 30 days from date of delivery. All return fees including shipping and handling are the customer’s responsibility. Also note that if you are returning an order that originally qualified for free shipping your refund will be less what it cost us to ship the order to you in the first place.
If you are shipping products back to C’s Shop, we recommend that you insure the contents for protection against loss, damage, or non-delivery. C’S Shop takes no responsibility for any returns including approved returns from loss, damage, or non-delivery. Once returns have been received, an C’S Shop Sales Representative will process the return accordingly. Please be aware that some returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
